A bright summit

A new series of work exploring the addition of color onto stark mountainsides. 

Embroidery is created by hand, directly onto the postcard, using French cotton embroidery thread and hand-dyed silk thread. 

The vintage postcard features hikers ascending a breezy crag in Western Europe. It measures about 4.75"x6.75" and is unframed. The piece will be signed and dated on the back in pencil. A certificate of authenticity is included.
