Through the looking glass

A continuation of my "Window" series, which uses cross-stitch to pixelate the original image. The series highlights our vague recollections of shapes and colors from our past experiences.

Embroidery is created by hand, directly onto the postcard, using French cotton embroidery thread. The postcard features a scene from a ski lodge in upstate New York.

The vintage postcard measures 3.75"x5.5" and will arrive unframed. The artwork will be signed and dated in pencil on the reverse side of the piece.
